The Powder Room will be the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We collect personal data about you including name, address, email, and basic Medical status/ History.

Why we collect your data

We need your basic personal data in order to provide you with the most appropriate care whilst using the service. It is to ensure that your Health and Wellbeing is adhered to, to the best of our ability, which may contraindicate a treatment. 

We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

All the personal data we hold is processed in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union.

No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law or our contract with you, allows them to do so.

Your data will also be used to manage future communications between us including about our products and services. You can opt out from receiving such communications services at any time by emailing

How long we keep your data

Unless you apply a request for erasure, the information you supply in the way of a consultation form will be kept securely on file, electronically and/or paper file for 7 years. This is in compliance with our Insurance Policy.
